1. Payment Terms

Payment Method:
We accept payments via credit or debit card.

2. Warranty Information

Used Containers

• 6-Year Leak Warranty
• Containers are pre-inspected before loading. Used containers may have repaired areas, minor rust, dents, faded paint, and patches. These are normal conditions and not considered defects.
• If a leak is confirmed within the warranty period, a waterproof patch kit will be shipped free of charge via Amazon Prime after delivery.

One Trip (New Containers)

• 10-Year Structural Warranty

3. Delivery Requirements & Liability

Customer Responsibilities

• A representative must be present during delivery.
• Customer must assist the driver in ensuring safe placement.

Space Requirements

• Minimum 130 ft straight clearance required (truck + trailer).
• No 90° turns allowed during unloading.
• No swing backup available.

Ground Conditions

• No soft ground (mud, loose gravel, sand).
• No uneven terrain.
• No obstacles such as trees or overhead wires.
• Narrow pathways must be avoided.
• Uneven ground may affect door operation.

Safety Notice

Drivers will not attempt unsafe or risky maneuvers.

Customer must ensure proper entrance and exit access for the delivery truck.

4. Liability Waiver

Property Damage:
The buyer accepts full responsibility for any damage to lawns, grass, driveways, trees, or surrounding property caused during delivery.

5. Commitment

Failed Delivery:
If delivery cannot be completed due to site conditions, the buyer agrees to accept delivery at the nearest accessible location without penalty to the seller.

By confirming this order, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to all terms listed above.
